For your convenience, there are two locations at which to get your sushi fix. Head to the original at 1760 Dublin for the authentic, traditional experience, or visit the all-bamboo restaurant at 3276 Centennial Boulevard and kick off your shoes at one of the tatami tables for a unique sushi adventure. Invite nine of your closest friends and watch the chefs cook at one of four teppan grills, or reserve the entire restaurant and bring forty-nine. Socialize with Jun himself at the sushi bar as he makes edible art.
Jun makes a point of flying in fresh fish every single day. No matter what you like, there’s something for you on the menu. Teriyaki chicken, Teriyaki beef, Teriyaki squid. Try the famous Yummy Roll — salmon, avocado, tempura shrimp, and sesame sauce. If you’re feeling adventurous, the Blind Date roll. There’s a aurprise in every bite. And Jun’s Spicy Tuna Maki is rumored to make even your tablemates grab for the water.
Both Jun locations are open for lunch Monday through Friday from 11a.m. to 2p.m., and Saturday from 12p.m. to 3p.m. Grab dinner Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m., and on Friday and Saturday from 5 to 10p.m. There’s even a sushi happy hour on weekdays from 5 to 6:30p.m., and on Friday and Saturday from 9 to 10p.m.
